Tim has lived on the Central Coast for 36 years and is President of the Terrigal Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Erina Chamber of Commerce. He has worked in real estate for the last 12 years, both residential and commercial - most of his commercial experience being in the last 5 years. Tim’s extensive professional history includes the recent Fountain Corporate commercial development, Lisarow shopping centre and Peaston Gardens, a medium density residential development.
